Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
a few questions concerning my POM
I will be going to my probation hearing and my sentencing in a few days and i was wondering if writing a letter for the hearing was appropriate, and if so how and where do I go about getting that to the court. Also I was charged in a county about 2 hours away from my house. Is there any way (if I receive probation) to have my probation visity relocated closer to home?

Your attorney can get information to the court in advance of your sentencing. The attorney can also ask that probation be in your home county.
