Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
What r the chances that I would do jail time or probation for 2nd offense retail fraud 2nd degree? I have 5 days time served and I was actually an accessory. The person I was with plead guilty right away and got 90 days with $500 fine to be paid by Dec. 27th or another 30 days.
