Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I received a citation from the police in the mail for retail fraud albeit I was not stopped and searched when leaving the store. Needless to say I was shocked. They say it was for a 125.00 moisturizer. What are my options? Who can I speak to? Please help me

Retail Fraud in the third degree is a criminal misdemeanor punishable up to 93 days in jail. You need to speak to a criminal defense attorney. Do not answer the police/detectives or even the retail store's personnel/security unless you first talk to a criminal defense lawyer.
