Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I just recently got caught shoplifting at Meijer in MI. The total amount was $36. I am still waiting for my court date to come in the mail, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do to keep this off my record? I am a student at a private college and I have a part time job taking care of my elderly grandma....
