Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
i was recently charged with retail fraud in The 3rd degree. I'm currently 23, and was charged with a DUI when I was 19. I got that YTA. What can I expect? Would my judge send me to jail?

Having a prior record for anything never helps, but you should be ok in most courts in Metro Detroit. You are certainly not eligible for YTA, but there are other deals possibly out there for you. Hire a local attorney and get to work.
