Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was recently fired from my job. Before I was fired, I had done a few fraudulent accounts. Can they pursue legal action against me even though I had been terminated? I was fired for an unrelated issue.

Yes, legal charges can always be pursued provided the statute of limitations have not expired.
