Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have recently violated probation, and had been released on original terms. Upon visiting my probation officer in the 58th district court, she had added terms in that I show up on a undetermined basis 3-4 times a week when I live 3 counties away! Is this legal for her to add terms the judge had not enstated? Do I have any alternative?
