Reclaiming siezed vehicle
I would like to know what the proceedure is to reclaim your vehicle after court proceedings are through and a non conviction has been rendered. All bonds were made at the propers times. I never recieved papers from the court about it either. I would appreciate any info you can give me. Thank You

Re: Reclaiming siezed vehicle
Contact the agency that seized the property. The name and number of the contact person should be on the intent to forfeit papers you received. If the property was used as evidence you may contact the police agency holding it or the city/corporation counsel of the city, township, etc where the offense occurred.
