Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Relesed From Jail With Warrent intact

I was arrested a few nights ago for domestic violence and they found a (felony)larceny warrent from another city from 1999,they held me for about 69 hours, the charges for domestic violence were droped, and the police from the city in wich the larceny warrent was from were unable to pick me up.They relesed me without me having to post a bond, but said that the larceny warrent was still valid and I could be arrested at anytime for it still. Is that true and if so what should I do?

It sounds like you the outstanding warrant is still valid. You need to contact me and we can arrange for you to turn yourself in. When the court sees that you turnes yourself in voluntarily, they will be easy on you. Feel free to contact me @ (800) LAW-6685 or (248) 737-7000.

Yes, that is true. You should arrange to turn yourself in (with the help of an attorney) on the outstanding warrant.
