Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
remove felony
I got a felony in 2004 for possesion 25 grams or less of cocaine, I just got off parole in july 2008, It is my only felony I was wondering how about going to get it off my record, if I even can.

It has to be your only conviction ever. Felony or misdemeanor. If you have more than one conviction, you can get none expunged. Sorry for the bad news. www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
