Removeing a felony from my record?
Is it possable to have a felony or less convictions removed from my record...for breaking and entering and domestic violence.

An expungment (setting aside a conviction) is a one-time only thing ... for your first and only conviction. If you have two or more convictions, then the judge should not set either one aside ... if he/she follows the letter of the law in Michigan.
