Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
removing criminal background
i have to felonies, that are over 10 years old. these happend in my 30's. i would like to get them removed. how do i go about it?

Re: removing criminal background
You cannot expunge (set aside) any conviction if you have "more than one" felony or misdemeanor conviction. Your question says that you have "to" [sic: two?] convictions. So you are not eligible to set aside either of them, regardless of how long it has been.
