Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I reported our neighbor for letting the dog bark at nite for hrs. We live in a small town, and close together. He was reprimanded from the police. We bought a new car this last month. We have no garage. I started noticing small rocks, and chunks of broken asphalt in the driveway several times. I know he is throwing items at my car at nite. But, I have not seen him do it. I think he waits til late, and I go to bed. What if anything can I do? I don't want my car all dented and chipped up? Help.

Either talk to your neighbor and work it out, or set up a camera to see if you can catch him on tape. There's no point in reporting him because you have no proof, and it will only anger your neighbor, especially if he's innocent.
