If i was going to be resentence do i have to take back me plead and how does it work can i get more time do i go thru court again or is it just sentenceing

Are you being "resentenced" because there was an appeal and the appellate court remanded the case for resentencing? Is there another procedural defect that caused the need for resentencing? Is this resentencing really the result of you being convicted of a probation violation? Etc.
You don't tell us enough about what the history and facts are to give more answers than questions.
