Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Retail Fraud III & Contributing to a minor

On July 10 th, 2007. My seventeen year old was arrested at Meijer in White Lake for retail fraud III while baby sitting a 13 year old who was present and also shoplifting and arrested. I have already paid the Civil Demand to Meijer of $200.00

I went to Meijer and talked to the security officer to get details of the arrest. My 17 yr old was arrested as an adult. Two violations, one for Retail Fraud III, second for Contributing to a Minor. The paper work still has not been processed at the 52 district court. My seventeen yr old was in trouble at age 12 and went through Youth Assistance, not Court, and was on ''probation'' until age 17 and one month. Will that show up when my 17 yr old (18 in Oct) goes to court? My seventeen yr old will be a senior in High School, with an attendance issue this year. I have no idea what the legal ramification's will be. Any advice you slide in my direction whould be greatly appreciated.
