Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Retail Fraud in Michigan???
Someone told me that most smaller grocery stores don't prosecute you unless the items are over $20. Is this true? Also another person told me that store generally have their camera's run through a loop which means that after like 2 days the tapes go to the beginning and they start recording over again on the same tape. Is this also true?
