Retail Fraud 3rd Degree 1st offesne

I walked into JC Penny and Bout 75.00 dollars worth of clothes and stole a $12.00 dollar earing. This is my first offense and my record is clean. I have a few question. What will most likely be the outcome?

If I hire a lawyer will this case most likly never go to trial?

Will it be on my Record?

And does the place I stole from contact my current place of employment?

I dont want to lost my job or my house please help with most likley outcomes? I am a 25yr old. in Mi

i am worried i will be one of the pople who dont catch a lucky breaks and how quickly are these things resolved with a lawyer
