Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Retail Fraud 3rd Then Plead to Disorderly Conduct
Okay...So i was charged with retail fraud 3rd then when to court with a lawyer and took the plea deal for disorderly conduct which is a midemeanor on my record. I also got probation for 8 months and have to take a shop lifting awareness class.
My main question is will the probation office or court contact my employer now or will I be okay as long as i am good and play by the probation rules?
the item i took was 12.00 dollars and my 1st offense ever?
