Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
retail fraud
10 years ago when i was young and dumb i stole some gloves. they were under15 bucks actaully closer to 10 dollars. Is this a felony? i wasnt told and my mother made them make me do community service. I was 18 though. It didnt come up till recently when i applied for a warehouse job. Note ive had several cashier jobs and access to the store safe..not once has this ever appeared.
