what am i looking at for getting caught stealing food (under$30) first time ever in trouble? in michigan i am out on bond right now and go to court on 7/26/05

If you're charged with Retail Fraud III, max of 1 year probation plus a fine (~$250) in most cases. If you are under 21, you may keep this off your record.
