Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Can retired Judge reverse verdict or Jury ?
Can a retired Judge or Jury reverse the sentence or reverse their verdict 20 years later if they knew the full events that really happened in the case? But were not informed of the details by the defense attorney or by the DA and a lying cop. I'm saying like he didn't follow up on questions, when all the answers were there to prove the defendants innocence? This was a strange case.
