Rights of a vehicle co signer
I co signed for an ex-girlfriends vehicle and still have possession of a key to the vehicle. Do I have the right to enter the car to obtain items that belong to me without her present?

No! Your lawyer should be able to obtain the proper court order to get your possessions back for you.
