Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
R/o
What does 4 counts of Resisting and Obstructing carry as a penalty? Worst and best case. No other priors in this. They had to tazer him. Does he need to get witnesses to go to court with him or is R/O pretty hard to fight.
