whats the rules to chapter 74 11 in relation to drug charge being droped i believe it is 74 11 anyways

You are referencing section 7411 of the Public Health Code that provides that an individual charged with a violation of the controlled substance act and who has no prior convictions, can be placed on a delayed sentence probation. The charge is dismissed upon successful completion of probation.
