Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Sealing or Exspongement of Felony Records
I spent 6 years in Prison for a Felony conviction in 1992 and was wondering how I would go about having that record sealed in the State of Michigan. I was released in 1998 and have not been incarcerated since.

Seek counsel from an attorney licensed to practice in Michigan. Nevada rules are different and do not apply. Good luck.

Michigan does not not seal convictions like yours. If you have only one lifetime criminal conviction, you might be able to have your public criminal record expunged. If that's the case, call us at 1 8667665245.
