Seizure of vehicle
Can a parent's vehicle be exempt from seizure if the adult child signs a document stating that they accept all responsibility if they are caught with drugs or alcohol in their vehicle?

NO. In fact, the document implies that the parent knows of the child's drug activity.
Yet, the parent keeps letting the kid use the car - not smart.
