Sentencing credit spent in confinemeny while released on bail
Can a person recieve credit for time spaent in confinement while released on bail,

No. If you are out on bail on Case #1, you do not get credit for time served in jail on Case #2.
Talk to an attorney before doing this, but you might consider having your bond on Case #1 cancelled while you are serving time on Case #2. That way, you would get credit for time on Case #1.
