Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

what are the sentencing guidelines for uttering and publishing in michigan,my daughter accepted a plea agreement to attend inpatient rehab and they agreed to drop all charges on her except 1 uttering and publishing charge for 200.00 now her probation officer says the state wil not pay for rehab because the guidelines do not warrant it, and the judge can not make her go to rehab now!she has other charges pending that dont show up in other counties so her guideline score is low? its confusing HELP

You have not given us enough information to tell you what her sentencing guidelines are for U&P. There are "prior record variables" (prior adult or juvenile felony and misdemeanor convictions, whether she was on probation or bond at the time of this crime, whether there are other felony convictions where she was convicted after this case's offense date) and "offense variables" (which include issues like the value of the property involved, the number of victims, etc.). YOU can actually figure them out (with a little reading and following the instructions). When you figure out the correct PRV and OV totals, cary them over to the Grids chapter. U&P is in the "E" grid.
