sentencing .. w/ 1 prior

im a 18, bm, living in MI and want to know..

the DA offered me a plea [Breaking and Entering] and although i didn't break in, i'm considering the plea, but i would like to know, how much time is possible for this crime? and boot camp an option if i accept this plea?

i have 1 prior [possession-MJ.. but who doesn't in MI] will my prior increase my sentence?

You should not plead guilty to something that you did not do. You should hire an aggressive and experienced attorney to fight for you (if you can afford to do that.) What county is your case in?
