Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Set up by police
i have a pending case for counts armed robbery. But I am innocent. At the time of arrest I was taken in to custody with no knowledge of what. Then was told armed robbery profile. i explained i didn't do no robbery. They then stated they would find something I have done. When arrested They drove me around for one hour then said they found something on me. The witnesses. Cant make and exact match. i had an unfair line up. My statement i made was forged. Cause I did not sign no statement. my friend that was arrested said we didn't do it. But we were thinking about doing something that night. How can I prove my signature were forged.
