Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
setting aside conviction
mi law states that only one conviction is allowed to be set aside. Is there any way possible to have 2 set aside if they are tied in to each other or at least have the case looked at for errors by the court appointed attorney?

No. Two convictions bars you from seeking expungement.
