There are many possible charges, and a prosecutor would have to decide what to issue after more detailed facts are reviewed. But from what you've indicated, SOME possible charges are:

* Indecent Exposure (MCL 750.335a ... a 1 yr &/ or $1,000 fine misdemeanor);

* Accosting a minor for an Illegal Purpose (MCL 750.145a ... a 4 yr &/or $4,000 felony);

* Using a Computer to Commit a Felony (a felony itself with varying penalties depending on the nature and level of the underlying felony);

* Using a Computer to Commit a Misdemeanor a misdemeanor itself with varying penalties depending on the nature and level of the underlying misdemeanor).

The defendant's criminal history might also impact the charges, because of the person has prior sex-related charges, punishment might be enhanced by labeling the acts as having been done by a "Sexually Delinquent Person".
