Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

My son is 16 legal AOC.The adult is 33 and married with 5 children. They has sex for 3 months. She has offered him prescription meds,had sex in a vehicle in a driveway,coersed him to miss school,tried to conceive a baby with him all sex was unprotected,corrupted his thinking,she seduced him. We have been told nothing she has done is criminal or justifies a civil lawsuit. Is this correct?

Michigan's age of consent is 16. So, your son is legally old enough to decide to have sex. Whether he is mature enough to appreciate the consequences of unprotected sex is another -- non-criminal law -- matter best left to his family. If he fathers a child, even at 16, he'll have legal responsibilities.
As for the woman giving him Rx meds, that is illegal. Police can investigate it, and she could possibly be charged.
