Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I was sexually abused when i was 8 and 9 years old by my piano teachers highschool son. I don't know exactly how old he was. I want to know what legal action i can take toward him, that is if i can even take any. I am 20 years old now and i don't know the staute of limitations. Please Help!

Since it is a criminal case first, I would go to the police. If the person is convicted, I would certainly be interested in a civil case against the person. Visit www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. You may only have until you are 21 to take civil action, so be careful about the time. Tim Klisz
