shoplifting

what if it is the first offense but I have had 2 different misdemeanors in the past?

What is your question???

"Shoplifting 1st offense" would be called "Retail Fraud" in Michigan. But the degree (level) it is charged at -- and whether the charge is a misdemeanor or a felony -- depends on how much you stole and/or prior larceny convictions.
