It's hard to say exactly what is going to happen. It is your second time so the judge will not be as nice to you as the first time. However, you will be in juvenile court which is beneficial because you will tend to be given more chances than if you were an adult. A good attorney could get you off with some community service hours and repayment for the theft. At most you would do a few days in juvenile detention. If alcohol was involved in your first offense, you'll probably get a psychological screening and mandatory substance abuse treatment from the probate court.

If you're still on probation from your first offense, you may be looking at Children's Village.

If you're not a citizen, you could be deportable.
