Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I sold a car..but not sure if they transferred the title...am I liable if something happens with the car because my name is still on the title? and can I Ddo to protect myself ?

Yes, its still yours until transfer takes place. You need to make sure its transferred or insure the vehicle as you are the owner under Michigan law.
