Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My son just got an DUI at the level of 0.04 today in the state of Michigan. He has two MIPS also.
My question is what do we do from here and will they count the two MIPS against him? We live in the state of Michigan.

If he's still on probation for the MIP's he will likely do some jail time and/or be required to go to rehab.
