Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My son in Michigan got a 7411 with probation. it was for having less than 3 grams of pot with a friend and he was only 17. Upon completion of probation sucessfully he wants to first join the Coast guard and later go into Law Enforcement. Will this mistake made at a young age prevent him from doing this.
