Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

My son was given a plea... to a resisiting and obstructing a police officer. However he is on parole now and the prosicutor recomended the minimal sentence guidelines. The final plea was R/O HOA 4th(habitaul offender 4th) What are his minimal sentencing guidelines? We live in Michigan.
