Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My son recently got off probation for possession of internet child pornography. His friend is still on probation for same. Friend isn't allowed to use Xbox while son can. Son let friend use his Xbox, and friend got caught. My son was subpoenaed to testify against his friend on Monday.
Was it illegal for my son to let his friend use the Xbox knowing that friend wasn't supposed to do so?
