Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
my son towed a vehicle his buddies told him they paid for. he was arrested tonight for stealing a vehicle. what kind of charge is he looking at. the officers said it's a two year felony. he says he did not know it wasn't paid for and was towing it for them as a favor because he had a truck to do so.
