my son is 12 years old was sexually molested in the school bus by a 17 year old. I want to know how to handle this legally since the school is saying that it was a consent act since he did not say anything.

The people who run your son's school don't understand the law. Report what happened to the police. While you're at it, tell them what the school officials told you. The police may want to stop by the school and have a chat with the people in charge.

Call the police and tell them exactly what your son told you. "Sexually molested" is a conclusion based upon provable facts. The police should interview your son. 12 year olds are legally incapable of giving consent.
