Statutory rape in michigan
Recently in Michigan, there was a case were a kid was sentenced to five years for rape. The only problem is that The parent who was with the child at the time can veify that the rape did not take place . The parent was not allowed to testify on the child's behalf. Why would the courts not allow the parent to testify?
