Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

my step kid
My step kid said three year ago that I did thing to her. and the court said no but Im not giving your kids back to you or your wife case over. But you see she said it about her real dad. and they found him not guitly and taken his rites away two. Now she is turning 18 in a few months she is telling every one that she is going to come back at me and try to take it back to court. See all my other kids said that it never happen. after the court threw it out can made me sign off can they bring it back up agian. see The dr report said that she was never touch and that she is still a vergan. what to do. she even was put in a home and they ask the state to take out becase she lyes all the time and I lost my hole family over her.
