Charge would be Embezzlement. With no record, you'd get 1-2 years probation and required restitution. The real problem is prospective employers who see your record and won't hire you.

There's may be a way to keep this off your record.

An attorney that promises in advance what your sentence will be is incompetent. An attorney that assumes you'll be sentenced before knowing ALL the details of your case is incompetent.

Be careful of incompetent lawyers. There are MANY of them out there. Many of them work cheap and just plead their clients guilty needlessly. Don't become a victim of a lawyer that operates like that.

Our firm has had a lot of success with cases similar to what you are describing. We can help you with your case.
