Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Someone stole something and then put it in the bed of my truck, am I in anyway held accountable? Can I be charged with anything?

If you know that something is stolen and then aid in the concealment of it, then you could be viewed under the law as an aider/abettor of the crime of receiving/concealing stolen property. If you know the property is stolen, you would be better off trying to return it to the rightful owner (if you know who that is) or bringing it to the police.
