Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Stop payment check
i wrote a check and than had a family emergency and needed the money so i put a stop payment on it.the place that i wrote it said that he was taking it to the police on monday.i need to know what will happen than.we tried to give him some of the money but he refused it unless it was the full amount.
