Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Hi so I know this is stupid but I work at an insurance agency and I was caught writing a check for $807 to myself. It was meant as payment.
This was discovered yesterday while I was on vacation, I worked today and my boss expressed to me he knew of my dishonesty and wanted to discuss later. However the office was busy so we were unable.
What I'm wondering is how should I handle this from here, do I quit? I am already missable at my job and was looking for an out, I just don't want that to be marked against me.

I've handled similar situations. Contact my office. See cbrownlegal.com. these actions could bring felony charges. You should not negotiate a resolution yourself. I would be happy to advise you.
