Subpoena - Controlled substance-deliver/manufacture
Is someone that is subpoena for a charge of Controlled Substance - Deliver/Manufacture less than 5 kilos of Marijuana at risk of being charged for a crime? Can charges be brought against them for information recieved in the proceedings of the hearing that they were subpoena to go to?

It depends on the purpose of the subpoena. If you are called to testify that you received drugs from the defendant, you can be charged. An attorney can get you immunity if the prosecutor hasn't already offered not to prosecute you.
If you took part in the crime in any way, you also need immunity.
If you only witnessed the sale and didn't buy or assist in the transaction
(e.g. was the driver), you should be all right.
